"No
Need to Lie" follows the wonderful accounts of large fish and stories by the great
angler Richard Walker. It was first published in 1964
Richard Walker is one of the greatest
anglers ever to have put pen to paper.
In No Need to Lie we read about some of his most memorable and exciting
fishing expeditions. The rich and evocative prose reveal a world that
many anglers can only dream of, from catching carp at Redmire Pool to
massive chub of the River Ouse and a record -size rainbow trout

Now for the first time it has been
reprinted with two new chapters which the author had requested, new
illustrations by Tom O'Reilly and with an introduction by Peter Thomas, the angler who persuaded Richard Walker to write the book.
